Operations Planner

Planning and synchronizing strategic and operational level asymmetric operations, action, and activities.  Develop and refine requirements to focus intelligence collections activities, conduct vulnerability assessment, assess human factors analysis and assess the info environment in support of nonlethal targeting.  Conduct advanced analysis of finished intelligence, open source Intel, adversary propaganda, social media and traditional foreign media across AOR.  Develop CONPLANS or OPLANS.  Synchronize execution and conduct assessments of planned action and activities.  Prepare, coordinate and brief info environmental estimates, conops, and assessments in coord with interagency, regional partners and allies.  Conduct near, mid, and long term plans to achieve operational objectives. 

-Min 6 yr exp with IO or specialized IO training
-Exp with OSINT, adversary propaganda, social media and traditional media assessment and analysis
-Exp with MISO, MILDEC, Public Affairs, Electronic Warfare and Cyber planning
-Exp with Knowledge Management in SharePoint 2007/2010
-Exp with Collaborative environments, records management, and writing cohesive documents following organizational standards

-Exp with intelligence community collaboration, and visualization tools to maintain battle space awareness or SA for Command COPS
-Exp with Knowledge management in SharePoint 2007/2010 and SharePoint Designer 2007/2010, Java, KML and visualization tools
-Experience with collaborative environments, records management and metadata and writing comprehensive and cohesive documents, following organizational standards
-TS/SCI
-BA or BS
-Preferred experience with working J2 JIOC or JFCC J2 JIOC staffs
-Exp working as a Target Systems Analyst or Marketing Researcher with USPACOM analysis preferred
-Experience with working in PACOM AOR Preferred

Collection Manager

Serve as Collection Requirements Manager.  Adhere to Collection management systems, and processes, development of proposed collection requirements, assessment of ISR capabilities against requirements, identification of intelligence capability shortfalls, devel of collection plans and assessment of collection effectiveness.

-1 yr all source collection management experience
-Operational level experience preferred
-Experience in CT, Afghanistan, SW Asia regional issues and political /military collection shopts
-Exp with OSINT, adversary propaganda, social media and traditional media assessment and analysis
-In-depth knowledge of GEOINT, SIGINT, OSINT, MASINT, and HUMINT and comprehensive experience with National intelligence collection requirement management systems

-Exp with MISO, MILDEC, Public Affairs, Electronic Warfare and Cyber planning
-Exp with Knowledge Management in SharePoint 2007/2010
-Exp with Collaborative environments, records management, and writing cohesive documents

-Experience making recommendations to procedures and methods for collecting;  Exp researching current collection efforts/status against focus areas;  exp identifying and resolving collection gaps and deconflicting requirements; exp consulting with consumers to assess continuing collection targets, potential collection opportunities and existing intelligence gaps; exp coordinating with analysts and operators to clarify collection focus and direction of tasking as appropriate; exp providing consumer advice and assistance on collection capabilities, advantageous formulation of information requirements and other similar techniques for effectively utilizing intelligence community collection assts.

All source intelligence analyst.   Participate in extensive Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment, Target Systems Analysis, and CONPLAN and OPLAN.  Prepare, integrate, brief, and publish broad and complex all-source intelligence studies, papers, briefings, and assessments on adversary regional issues to inform Sr Decision makers in acquisition, operational and policy making communities.  Conduct near, mid, long-term analysis to support the mission of providing current intelligence for Sr Leadership and support to deliberate and operational planning.  Support and coordinate staff operations and training.  Work independently with min oversight.  Provide thorough and completed projects. 

-Min 4 yr exp with intelligence analysis or specialized intelligence training. 
-Experience with all-source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analysis
-Exp with intelligence community collaboration and visualization tools to maintain battlespace awareness or situational awareness for command COPs
